I just migrated 9 users from client-site Exchange machine to Google Apps (paid). I love it but my users are complaining because they can’t get used to using Google Mail or the Outlook interface connected via IMAP. They have basically told me that they’ve had it and want another solution. I don’t know where to go from here…

We have migrated our corporate email to Gmail ( Paid solution ) and whilst this recent outage was inconveinient it was much less inconveinient than when our previos email solution and Leased line Supplier – Orange went down.
