Before such services become more common in the work place IT admins and CIO&#039;s should definitely look into setting up some policies regarding the use of  this technology for personal messages, etc.  Like the previous blog post mentioned, personal emails and messages are taking up unnecessary use of server space.  This should not be tolerated.</description>
